Mr. Foret's firm specializes in product liability, medical malpractice, injuries resulting from truck and auto accidents, police misconduct, unsafe premises and other personal injury. Mr. Foret's experience and knowledge in these fields have resulted in significant settlements and jury awards for his clients through creative resolution of legal issues and major disputes.  

Mr. Foret has joined the law firm of Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP as Of Counsel.  Ashcraft & Gerel was founded in 1953 and has over 30 lawyers.  By forming this relationship, Mr. Foret provides an even greater amount of knowledge and experience to his clients than previously.

Mr. Foret has represented injured parties exclusively for more than a decade. Prior to that, he worked with doctors, insurance companies and manufacturers, so he understands firsthand the tactics and strategies used by defense attorneys and uses that knowledge to better represent you, the injured party.
