Mr. Foret's firm specializes in product
liability, medical malpractice, injuries
resulting from truck and auto accidents,
police misconduct, unsafe premises and other
personal injury. Mr. Foret's experience and
knowledge in these fields have resulted in
significant settlements and jury awards for
his clients through creative resolution of
legal issues and major disputes.
Mr. Foret has been a lawyer for over 40
years, representing injured persons for more
than 30 years. Prior to
that, he worked with doctors, insurance
companies and manufacturers, so he
understands firsthand the tactics and
